  • Customer Service:

    For questions regarding order status and other after-sales support, log in to My Orders and click on the order you need help with. From the detailed order page, you can easily review order details, track order progress, and request help by submitting a Customer Service ticket. We normally respond to all tickets within 1 working day.
     

  • Shipment

    If you need information before you buy, you can start a Live Chat with our online sales representatives. If Live Chat is not available, you will be directed to an online form to submit an inquiry. Once you submit an inquiry, you can track progress and submit updates in My Inquiries.

  • We ship worldwidely. You can choose the shipping way in the website. 

    If the packing is not more than 2kgs on the regular packing, we will post them.

    If the packing is too long even if it is less 2kgs, we will ship it by express

    Normally, if the packing is more than 2kgs, we will ship it by express as stated in the web site. 

    We normally ship the by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or any others. When we ship it, we will  provide you the tracking number and tracking web site.

    Ordering Policy

  • Service is only available for articles (products) which are shown in stock on our website 
  • Customers have to pay the bill amount in advance through Credit Card/Bank Deposit and any other payment way  for any orders online

Is there a purchase return guarantee?
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can send it back to us. Of course we would undertake the shipping cost in the case that it is the consequence of a mistake on our side.

Is it possible to swap the product?
We will send you another product as soon as we receive the returned package. We cover the postage cost of the second product in the case that it is due to a mistake on our side. If you change your mind about the product and return it to us, you will be asked to contribute to the product shipping costs.

Conditions of the returned product: Please note that in order to receive a full refund of the product price, or an exchange of equal value, we will ask you to return the product in the same conditions as when we sent it to you.
